Request an appointment and book via Google Calendar
As part of the appointment request and booking, we use the Google Calendar service, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This service enables efficient scheduling. The data you enter, such as name and email address, is transmitted to Google and processed there.
Purpose of data processing: The processing is carried out for the purpose of making and managing appointments in order to be able to optimally organize our services for you.

Gridty's energy check tool
When using our energy check tool, we collect and process your personal, company-related and energy-related data to carry out the analysis, identify optimization potential and further develop our software. This data includes:

Data transmission and storage period:
Your data will be kept confidential and used exclusively for the purposes mentioned above. Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to carry out the energy check or if you have given your express consent. The data for the analysis is up to 6 months saved after the process is complete. Data that is used to develop the software can be anonymized beyond this period or processed on the basis of our legitimate interest. Through our Notion page (Gridty Open Positions), you can apply for advertised positions at Gridty or submit an unsolicited application. In doing so, we collect personal data such as first and last name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, qualifications and your salary expectations.
Purpose of data processing: The processing is carried out to carry out the application process and to check your suitability for the advertised position.
Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR in conjunction with Art. 88 DSGVO and § 26 para. 1 p. 1 BDSG. We process information provided voluntarily on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Data transmission and storage period:Your application data will be kept confidential and will only be shared internally. After completion of the application process, your data will be deleted after six months at the latest, unless it is still required.
Consent for applicant pool: If you have given us your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, we will store your data in our pool of applicants beyond the completion of the application process. You can withdraw your consent at any time. In the event of a revocation, your data will be deleted immediately.
